O&M Manager – Utility-Scale Solar & BESS
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in London office)
Salary: Circa £70,000 + Package
Are you a proactive and technically skilled leader with experience in the operation and maintenance of large-scale renewable assets? We're hiring an O&M Manager to join a growing team supporting Utility-Scale Solar and BESS projects across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role where you'll oversee performance, compliance, and client relationships for high-impact energy projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day activities for live O&M projects, ensuring they meet contractual KPIs
*
Apply technical knowledge to support fault diagnosis, resolution, and performance optimisation
*
Act as the key point of contact for clients — providing regular updates and addressing any technical or operational issues
*
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and performance reporting to ensure commercial success
*
Contribute to high-quality monthly and annual O&M reports
*
Maintain accurate documentation, project records, and compliance backups
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in O&M within utility-scale solar and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS)
*
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and renewable energy infrastructure
*
Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
*
Strong organisational, budgeting, and reporting skills
*
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple sites or projects
