O&M Supervisor – Utility-Scale Solar & BESS
Location: Whitstable (Some office visits in London)
Salary: £55,000 – £57,000 + Package
Are you an experienced O&M professional with a passion for renewables? This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role overseeing the operation and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS sites across the South of England.
We're recruiting for an ambitious and technically skilled O&M Supervisor to join a fast-growing business at the forefront of the clean energy transition.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day O&M activities across utility-scale solar and battery storage assets
*
Manage multiple subcontractors and site resources effectively
*
Ensure optimal site performance and safety compliance
*
Work closely with engineering, asset management, and performance teams
*
Carry out regular site visits (primarily Cheltenham area)
✅ Requirements:
*
Proven experience in O&M within solar or BESS environments
*
Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
*
Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills
*
Commercial mindset with the ability to optimise performance and costs
*
Full UK driving licence (required for site visits)
