Occupational Health Advisor 📍 Location: Hull 💷 Up to £48,000 + Benefits Full Time, Permanent Post An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established occupational health team  based in Hull. This is a blended position offering both clinical and management responsibilities (typically 60% clinical, 40% management), making it ideal for a confident professional ready to take the next step in their OH career. Your Responsibilities: Lead and manage a regional clinical team, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations Deliver the full remit of OH services including case management, fitness for work assessments, and health surveillance Monitor team performance, support recruitment efforts, and manage utilisation to help meet business targets Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering both clinical and operational support Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to raise the profile of occupational health services and identify business development opportunities Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Proven experience delivering occupational health services across diverse sectors Previous leadership or people management experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead by example Competent IT skills, particularly with MS Office Commitment to ongoing professional development and NMC registration Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) Post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (Certificate, Diploma or Degree) Full UK driving licence required This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OH professional looking to lead and develop a regional team while still maintaining a strong clinical presence.
