Job Description
Occupational Health Advisor – Home-Based (Monthly trip to York + Quarterly Yorkshire travel)
OHA Role Overview:
• Location: Home-based, with monthly travel to York and quarterly trips across Yorkshire & neighbouring counties
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: £45,000 + 8% bonus
• Benefits: 25 days annual leave, 2 charity days, 15 flexi days, private medical insurance, and more

Scope of Role:
* Manage 5–6 OH cases per day supporting a workforce of approx. 8,000 employees
* Deliver evidence-based case management and fitness-for-work assessments
* Support wellbeing and health promotion activities
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service quality
* Collaborate with the wider OH team (Head of OH, OH Manager, OHAs, OHTs, OHP & admin support)
Requirements:
* NMC registered, Part 3 qualified (or working towards)
* Strong case management experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously from home with team-based support
