Job Title: Occupational Hygienist
Location: Oxford
Salary: £28,000-£40,000 + Benefits
A leading employee-owned environmental and occupational health consultancy is seeking an Occupational Hygienist to join their growing Oxford team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience and ongoing BOHS training who's looking to progress within a supportive, people-focused organisation. You'll work on varied exposure assessment projects, receive full support toward your BOHS qualifications, and benefit from clear progression opportunities-all while enjoying the advantages of being part of an employee-owned business.

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake workplace exposure monitoring (dust, fumes, noise, vibration)
Conduct LEV assessments and support COSHH reviews
Produce detailed technical reports and risk assessments
Provide practical, evidence-based advice and solutions to clients
Support junior team members and contribute to team development
Liaise professionally with clients, regulators, and on-site personnel
Skills & Experience:
1-3 years' experience in occupational hygiene or workplace exposure monitoring
BOHS modules (W501-W507) completed or in progress
Degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
Full UK driving licence
