Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £27,000-£40,000 DOE + Benefits
A well-established and growing environmental and occupational health consultancy is looking for an Occupational Hygienist to join its Midlands team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early industry experience who's ready to advance their career within a supportive, expert-led organisation offering full BOHS training, structured development, and a diverse range of projects.
In this role, you'll work across multiple sectors to evaluate workplace exposures, analyse data, and help clients create safe, compliant working environments. Your responsibilities will include monitoring dust, fume, noise, and vibration levels, producing accurate technical reports, and advising clients on effective exposure control and best practices.

£28,000-£40,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Conduct occupational hygiene surveys across a wide range of industries
Monitor dust, fume, noise, and vibration exposure levels
Produce detailed technical reports and risk assessments
Advise clients on compliance, exposure control, and industry best practice
Support junior colleagues and contribute to high-quality client service
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years' experience in occupational hygiene or workplace exposure monitoring
Working towards or completion of BOHS modules (W501-W507)
Degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
Full UK driving licence
