Occupational Therapist
Location: Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 2+ months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 27.87 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of clients' disabilities at their homes.
Provide advice on managing disabilities and daily activities.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Order and review equipment for clients through the Community Equipment Service.
Assess clients' needs for home adaptations and coordinate with relevant parties.
Work independently and report to Lead Practitioners and Principal OT.
Ensure data entry is accurate and timely, adhering to legal standards.
Comply with data protection laws when handling client information.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the service.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Experience in conducting assessments for individuals with disabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and data protection laws.
Nice to Have
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with ordering and assessing equipment needs.
Experience in coordinating home adaptations.
