About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Occupational Therapist to support individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions in a complex care rehabilitation settings. You will work across our Birmingham sites, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on recovery and occupational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct holistic assessments and deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning
Manage caseloads, risk, and documentation adhering to professional standards
Contribute to service development, staff supervision, and education of studentsRequirements:
BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration
Experience or strong interest in mental health rehabilitation
