Job Description
Occupational Therapist - Reablement Team
Contract: Full time locum contract
Umbrella rate: £36.54 p/h
Hybrid working: Hybrid working - 50% face to face across Wiltshire
Our local authority client in Wiltshire are recruiting a locum Occupational Therapist for their Reablement Team.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct strengths-based assessments and design tailored reablement plans that promote independence and reduce long-term care needs.
Provide professional guidance and support to team members, sharing expertise on equipment, adaptations, and decision-making.
Exercise autonomy in managing your own caseload and schedule, ensuring personalised, compassionate care for each individual.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and other professionals to deliver coordinated and effective reablement services.Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
