We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Birmingham, delivering personalised, recovery-focused interventions that truly change lives.
About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored occupational therapy interventions
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient independence and wellbeing
Support service users in achieving their personal goals and developing life skills
Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and discharge planning
Ensure practice is evidence-based and aligned with national guidelines and professional standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or a Diploma in Occupational Therapy (essential)
HCPC registration (essential)
Experience working within mental health settings is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
