Sea Freight Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate international and domestic shipments (Sea Freight, Export)
Prepare and manage shipping documentation including B/Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork
Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international Export regulations
Sea Freight Coordinator Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Sea freight forwarding or logistics
Knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with freight forwarding software
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
