Salary: Circa £34,000 + Contributory Pension | Full-Time | Mon-Fri

Our client, a successful and well-established logistics group with multi-modal transport capabilities, is seeking a Senior Ocean Export Freight Forwarder to join their vibrant operations team based in modern, open-plan offices in Redditch.

Oversee day-to-day ocean export freight operations
Manage client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
Calculate, negotiate, and secure freight spot quotations
Liaise with suppliers to secure the best rates and maintain high service standards
Use specialist freight software (FAST FREIGHT) and customs systems (NES)
Coordinate with internal teams including sales for smooth service delivery
Ensure profitability through efficient operations and cost managementWhat We're Looking For:
Solid background in export ocean freight forwarding
Strong customer service skills and confidence in client communications
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
