Job Description

This is an operational role focused on the coordination and execution of ocean freight shipments—customs clearance experience is not required. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working behind the scenes to keep global trade moving, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight shipments (FCL & LCL)

Book cargo with carriers, co-loaders, and agents
*
Monitor shipments, proactively manage exceptions, and communicate status updates
*
Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customers
*
Prepare and verify shipping documentation
*
Ensure data accuracy in freight management systems
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience in ocean freight operations (1+ years preferred)
*
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
*
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
*
Proficiency with logistics software/systems
*
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
*
