About the Role
Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy accounts office within the transport sector. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with solid administrative skills and a basic understanding of routine accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Inputting data accurately into internal systems
Supporting general office duties (filing, scanning, answering calls, etc.)
Assisting with routine accounting tasks such as invoice processing and reconciliations
Maintaining organised records and documentation
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in an office or accounts environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Friendly, professional attitude and a team player
