We're working with a long-established, professional firm, looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly and social team.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting seniors and directors with reports, inventories, and other preparation.
Assisting with creating product listings, uploading descriptions and images, managing customer registrations, and post-sale documentation (full training provided).
Managing client records and maintaining accurate digital and paper files.
Drafting and scheduling social media posts and helping with marketing campaigns.
Handling calls, emails, and enquiries as the first point of contact.
Providing diary and admin support for the senior team and maintaining office systems.
Helping with small office projects and suggesting process improvements where needed.What We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all written work.
Confident communicator with strong grammar and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience using social media for business or marketing.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Self-starter who can prioritise tasks and work independently.
A collaborative team player who enjoys being part of a lively, supportive office.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (office location is not easily reached by public transport).Bonus Skills (not essential)
