Office Administrator
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Office Administrator for our client based in Westcott.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Salary: £13.22 per hour
Duties:
- Processing sales orders
- Processing invoices
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers to discuss order, deliveries and product information
- Managing a mailbox
Requirements:
- Previous sales order processing/invoicing
- Confident in using Microsoft Packages and Sage is desirable
- Your own transport due to the location
