Quartz Technical Services Limited are looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing an efficient administration service to the main office. The job is full-time - 37.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be bright and bubbly, efficient, willing to learn new tasks and will enjoy working as a team. Strong IT, administration and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work without supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Shared reception duties as required;
2. Dealing with and maintaining good relationships with customers & suppliers;
3. Placement of orders and ensuring confirmation of an agreed delivery timescale;
4. Producing delivery notes in Encore and arranging shipments using online courier system as and when required;
5. Chasing outstanding orders;
6. Checking incoming sales orders/ quotes / inputting them on the database;
7. Effective and timely resolution of order discrepancies/rejected materials;
8. Management of returns as and when required;
9. Updating customer returns/supplier reject/PCB scrap value reports;
10. Adhere to Health & Safety rules and regulations;
11. Any Other Duties that may arise to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Experience of Microsoft Office is essential with a good standard of English & Maths.
