A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Office Administrator for a family-run South Warwickshire Care Home who provides high-quality care throughout Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Candidates who can show initiative and have a positive attitude will thrive within the business. The Company is growing and continually investing in new software and therefore a candidate who is looking to get involved in the growth of the business would be ideal. Your Role As the Office Administrator, you will play a key part in helping to organise, improve, and implement business processes to support growth. From handling day-to-day administrative tasks to working on efficiency improvements, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the Registered Care Manager and the rest of the team with driving the business forward and keeping everything running smoothly. As an experienced Office Administrator you should have the following qualities:- * Process driven with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task * Proven experience in high-quality administrative and managerial support * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Teams and Outlook * Excellent written and communication skills * High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information * Great organisational skills and attention to detail * A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving * Ability to work collaboratively with the office team * A willingness to grow as the company evolves * Experience with Access Care Planner (useful, but not essential) Due to the rural location, the successful Office Administrator will be required to have their own transport and be fully eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.
