We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and dynamic role that supports the day-to-day operations of the office and overseeing the scheduling with our contractors. Main Duties:
Overseeing the schedule for contractors and liaising with the team
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
Manage inbox and work orders
Monitor and order stock, batteries, and office supplies
Oversee MOT servicing and vehicle maintenance schedules
Assist with service visit bookings and annual/biannual maintenance planning
Personal Requirements:
Background in scheduling and liaising with contractors
Experience with CRM systems
Collaborative team player
