We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator based in Ravensden for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Summary of the Office Administrator role
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: Ravensden
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours, Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Fridays 8:30am – 4:00pm
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator
Meet and greet clients.
Answer customer calls and respond to queries or complaints.
Send out tender documentation.
Manage diaries and calendars for senior team members.
Complete H&S checks and organise fire drills and fire alarm checks.
Order and purchase office supplies and goods including perishables.
Tax work vehicles.
Book company events.
Update the company’s social media and website.
Requirements for a successful Office Administrator
Previous Administrative or Secretarial experience is essential.
Experience working within the construction or similar industry.
Flexible with a can-do attitude.
Driving licence and own transport for shopping purposes.
Strong IT skills with good knowledge of social media and some experience writing or working on website articles.
