smartDCS Group Office Administrator Gloucester based / Onsite role £27-28k + Progression + Excellent Benefits smartDCS Group are looking for a personable and professional Office Administrator to work in our Gloucester office. This is a key role with this person being the first point of contact at our office for customers, visitors and suppliers while supporting in the growth of the smartDCS Group. The ideal candidate with have excellent planning and organisational skills along with a good knowledge and experience of working with Office365 especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They will have the ability to build internal / external relationships and have previous experience in office administration. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, be proactive with a methodical approach and possess a can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. They will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and calmly with individuals at all levels. Ideally this person will be interested in simplifying and improving work processes while also being happy to assist other members of the team where possible. About the role: The main responsibilities will include owning all office administration, including maintaining supplies and managing correspondence. They will also play a major role in supporting the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring they have the necessary resources and equipment. The Office Administrator will play a key role in promoting a positive and professional atmosphere and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation. Other responsibilities include organising internal and external events while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. In order to be considered for this role you will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and will be flexible, adaptable, highly organised and efficient along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role is based onsite 5 days a week, the hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm and there is designated car parking.
