Salary Guide: Flexible on Experience + 20 days holiday
Our client is an independent sheet plant who specialise in bespoke conventional corrugated: SRP and RRP, supplying into a variety of market sectors including the food industry.
Our client is currently looking to recruit an office based Administrator or Office Junior to support the Management and External Sales team, the role will involve learning the business and carrying our administrative duties. There is a great opportunity to learn and progress within this company
Responsibilities / Requirements:
To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquires, orders, and quotations by telephone, fax, and email
To ensure that customers are informed of any changes to their request and to provide bespoke solutions to satisfy clients demands and be efficient in problem solving strategies in regard to customer complaints and problems
To liaise with internal and external departments to optimise quality of service, sustain good working relationships and achieve customer satisfaction
