Office Administrator - Part Time (3 days) 📍 Inverkeithing ⏰ASAP Start 💰 Up to £29k (pro rata) Fancy being part of a fast-moving engineering business where no two days look the same? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, forward-thinking company who design and deliver innovative engineering solutions across major projects. They're busy, expanding, and need an organised, proactive Office Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. 💼 What's the role all about? This is far from your typical admin role… You'll be supporting multiple teams across the business - from commercial and procurement to training and operations - helping make sure everything ticks along exactly as it should. If you enjoy variety, getting stuck in, and being the person everyone relies on… you'll love this. 🔧 What you'll be doing: Keeping day-to-day admin running smoothly across different departments Supporting procurement activities (raising POs, tracking deliveries, paperwork) Assisting with training coordination (booking, materials, organisation) Maintaining records, databases and documentation Supporting sales admin (quotes, confirmations, acknowledgements) Helping with general office duties - calls, deliveries, supplies Getting involved with stock control and wider business support🌟 What they're looking for: Previous admin experience (ideally in a busy or multi-team environment) Highly organised with strong attention to detail A confident communicator who enjoys working with people Someone proactive, adaptable, and happy to turn their hand to anything Comfortable with Microsoft Office systemsBonus points if you've worked in an engineering or manufacturing setting - but not essential. 🎁 What's in it for you?
