Office Assistant – Logistics & Procurement Support
Location: West London (Office-based)
Salary: ~£30,000 + Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 08:30–17:30
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client for a full-time Office Assistant to support both logistics and procurement functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused, looking to build their career in an office-based support role within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
The Role
This is a blended position offering variety across two key departments:
* Logistics Support: Assisting with delivery coordination, scheduling, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
* Procurement Support: Raising purchase orders, tracking supplies, and maintaining supplier relationships.
While neither area requires full-time support on its own, combined they form a well-rounded and engaging full-time position.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, reliable team player
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role
* Previous experience in logistics or procurement is helpful but not essential
