Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Bonus – OTE Up to £80,000 + company car

About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced, highly organised and analytical Office / Business Manager to join a nationally recognised and highly successful family business based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
This is a senior, hands-on position, ideally suited to someone with a strong accounting background, excellent IT systems literacy, and proven experience managing teams across finance, administration, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the accounting, administration, and IT teams
· Oversee financial controls, reporting, and office operations
· Manage, improve, and maintain business IT systems and processes
· Provide analytical insight to support senior management decisions
· Ensure efficient, compliant, and structured business operations
About You
· Proven experience in an Office Manager or Business Manager role
· Strong accounting or finance background
· Highly organised with excellent analytical skills
· Confident people manager
· Strong IT systems knowledge and problem-solving ability
