Working with both the Business Support Manager and Finance Manager on various finance administration duties, which include collating paperwork, inputting invoices received, invoice queries, purchasing low value items. This office based role will also involve the smooth day to day running of the FEV UK office, greeting visitors, answering calls, booking pool cars and meeting rooms, making travel arrangements, organising social events, organising catering for meetings, onboarding new starters and recording staff holidays. Salary £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
