We are excited to be working with a professional not for profit organisation who have a part-time opportunity within their Finance & Support Services Department for a 5-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will coordinate the daily operations of the head office team based at Moreton-in-Marsh whilst also on occasion supporting the company’s other locally based facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations, liaising with onsite landlords and external contractors
* Build & maintain strong relationships with landlord departments including reception, facilities, H&S and management
* Manage the ordering, setup and maintenance of office furniture, supplies, PPE and equipment, including remote workers
* Maintain company fleet lease records and ensure compliance, including liaising with insurers as needed
* Monitor office expenditure and support the procurement of supplies and services (PPE, phones, water, copiers, uniforms etc)
* Assist with company account management and process queries from other teams
* Provide basic IT support in collaboration with the outsourced IT provider, including meeting room setups
* Set up equipment for new starters and maintain the Sage HR Asset Register
* General office duties including tidying, handling post/parcels, replenishing stock and welcoming visitors

Key Education and experience Essential
* GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above including Maths and English
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
* Previous experience in an office support, coordination or administrative role
Desirable
* Familiarity with facilities management
* Basic IT troubleshooting skills
Work Location/Hours: Moreton in Marsh; Part Time; min 21 hours per week (flexible)
Fixed-Term Contract, 5-Months (£14.84ph)
