My client is a dynamic and community-driven events business who are looking to recruit a Office Coordinator and PA will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across the business. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including managing diaries, coordinating travel, planning events, and overseeing office logistics to support staff and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the diary of senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
Coordinate calendars across the senior management team, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation time.
Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport for staff.
Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and associated expenses.
Plan and manage attendance at external events including booking tickets, handling registrations, and managing logistics.
Organise internal events such as team gatherings, seasonal celebrations, and staff appreciation activities.
Oversee ordering and stock management of office supplies, including stationery, kitchen items, and general consumables.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proven experience in office coordination, personal/executive assistant, or administrative support roles
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive approach and strong problem-solving ability
High level of discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/email tools (e.g. Outlook, Google Workspace)
