About the Role
Join a world-class air-cargo team at Heathrow’s busiest terminals. We’re looking for an Office Coordinator (Cargo Agent) who can keep imports & exports moving smoothly in a fast-paced, secure, aviation environment. Start on a 12-week temp basis with the aim of a permanent contract and clear routes to grow inside a global organisation.

Genuine temp-to-perm opportunity (review at 12 weeks)
Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) – 11 hrs inc. 1 hr unpaid break
Initial training: Mon–Fri day shifts
What You’ll Do
*
Book, track and coordinate import/export shipments
*
Liaise with airlines, hauliers and customs to hit tight deadlines
*
Update customers by phone, email and face-to-face
*
Use Outlook, Excel & airline cargo systems to keep data accurate
*
Jump in on the ramp or warehouse when the team needs an extra pair of hands
*
Keep the operation running safely, legally and on time
What You Need
*
6–12 months’ cargo administration / logistics experience (imports AND exports)
*
Solid numeracy, literacy & IT skills (you must pass DfT Cargo Operative Training)
*
Confident communicator – happy on the phone, email and in person
*
