Office Coordinator 📍Location: Dunstable 💷Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 ⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm Responsibilities: Join us in creating a vibrant workplace! As our Office Coordinator you'll be the heartbeat of our operations: Lead facilities management and ensure health & safety standards. Schedule and manage meeting room appointments, support the Directors and further teams. Oversee daily office operations for smooth sailing. Organise company events. Implement effective communication channels across teams. Manage personnel forms and maintain databases.
