This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys mixing office administration with hands-on logistics responsibilities. You’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly — from processing customer orders to organising deliveries and building strong client relationships.

The Role
As Office & Logistics Administrator, you will:

Handle day-to-day office tasks including answering calls, emails, and customer enquiries
*
Process sales orders and prepare quotations
*
Book parts in and manage stock-related documentation
*
Organise deliveries and collections, including courier dispatch
*
Carry out local deliveries and collections in a company vehicle
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
*
Support the wider team with general office and logistics duties
About You
This role would suit someone who is organised, practical and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team. You’ll need:
* Previous admin, logistics or customer service experience (ideal, not essential)
* Good communication and people skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
* Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
