OFFICE MANAGER – Construction Business Civil Engineering and Building A Northamptonshire based civil engineering and building contracting business needs an Office Manager to add value to the company by overseeing the day to day administration function for the company: Working with the MD, Finance Manager, Plant Manager and Commercial Team this role is imperative for the successful growth of the company so it is suitable for someone with experience of: Civil Engineering, Building and working within an administration role within a contracting business. Duties will include: • Overseeing daily office operations • Managing project-related administrative tasks • Assisting with timesheet management • Coordinating with project teams • Ensuring office and site compliance with any safety regulations. • Managing schedules, handling invoicing and quotes • Maintaining project records and files • Supporting the MD with day to day and finance team when required. Located: Between Wellingborough and Northampton Salary: Depending on experience £33,000 - £40,000
