We’re looking to hire an Office Manager for our construction company with the following attributes and responsibilities: * Takes full ownership of the role and proactively leads the construction back office * Extremely organised with strong attention to detail * Plays a key role in helping take the business to the next level * Capable of managing project documentation, schedules, and communication with subcontractors and suppliers * Able to implement and maintain efficient office systems and processes * Experienced in construction administration (preferred but not essential) * Strong problem-solving skills and initiative-driven * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Clear communicator with good written and verbal skills * Ideally someone who can grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time
