About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager / Customer Services Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, varied role that blends customer service, supplier coordination, and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Liaise with suppliers to manage orders and stock
Pick and pack customer orders accurately
Maintain organised office systems and records
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Support general office and admin duties
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous customer service experience
✅ Strong problem-solving skills
✅ Good written and spoken English
✅ GCSE Maths grade C or above (or equivalent)
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
