Office Manager – Fleet & Administrative Support Location: Fetcham Employment Type: Full-time Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 Salary £28,000 - £34,000 per annum Pension Scheme Free car parking About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee both general office operations and the company’s vehicle fleet. This role combines Front of House Office Management, administrative duties and fleet management responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure our fleet of approximately 40 vehicles is maintained efficiently, while providing a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Office Management & Administrative Support: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience. Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and manage correspondence. Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including document preparation, information reporting and consolidation. Assist with facilities management and other operational tasks as required. Support with setting up IT equipment, laptops & mobile devices Support with the coordination of internal communications and team activities. Fleet Management: Co-ordinate the administration of the company’s fleet of vehicles. Liaise with external fleet management companies and internal teams to oversee maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records. Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and overall vehicle performance. Track and report on fleet costs, maintenance schedules, and vehicle utilisation. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in Office Management and administration required, experience with fleet coordination is desirable. Experience in front-of-house responsibilities, such as reception, call handling, and visitor management. Understanding of vehicle maintenance processes, scheduling, and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational, communication, and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and email/calendar tools. Experience in fleet management systems an advantage Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
