My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager / Office Manager -Waste and Recycling required to join a busy team to provide excellent customer service.
Package: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
Career: My client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their buzzing team.
Due to increase in business and exciting new developments, my client requires an Office Manager to help manage the workflow and protect SLA’s.
Location: Malmesbury, Tetbury and Trull
You could have worked in the following industries: Waste Management / Recycling / Composting / Green waste /Metals recycling / Skip Hire / RoRo hire
ROLE- Customer Service Manager / Office Manager - Waste and Recycling
* As Customer Service Manager / Office Manager, you will manage a team of customer service representatives, tasked with providing great service to customers.
* Manage KPI’s
* You will assist in a range of documentation and management of staff holidays .
* You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. In this position, you will be happy to work independently and as part of a team to ensure process is running smoothly.
* You will have an excellent telephone manner and be confident in dealing with many departments in the business
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Site Manager / Office Manager -Waste and Recycling
You must have previous experience of working with Waste management and/or skip hire services.
You must be IT literate and ideally have experience of using internal CRM systems.
Having fantastic communication skills and paying a high attention to detail are a must
