Office Manager – Fleet & Administrative Support

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee both a company vehicle fleet and general office operations. This role combines fleet management responsibilities with front-of-house and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management:

Oversee daily operations of a fleet of vehicles.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements with external providers.
*
Maintain accurate vehicle records, including registrations, insurance, and service schedules.
*
Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance.
*
Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.
*
Track and report on fleet costs, maintenance schedules, and utilization.
*
Develop and implement fleet-related policies to optimize efficiency and control costs.
Front-of-House & Administrative Support:
*
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
*
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
*
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation.
*
Assist with office supplies, facilities, and operational tasks.
*
Support internal communications and team coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
*
Experience in fleet management, office management, or administrative operations.
*
Understanding of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance requirements.
*
Front-of-house experience, such as reception, call handling, and visitor management.
*
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email/calendar tools, and fleet management systems.
*
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
*
Optional: Valid driver’s license.
