Office Manager Role
Full-time, permanent position
Will be based onsite in Cardiff
Need to have previous construction experience
Main responsibilities
Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative tasks.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Maintain all office supplies.
Assist set up of all new staff.
Assist team with calendar management and expenses.
Arrange travel, meetings and appointments.
Supervision of office administrative staff, including Reception.
Coordinate recruitment of office administrative staff.
Administer the management of the team holiday records.
Supervise/management of team, mentoring and coaching of junior members of staff.
