Role: Office Manager Location: Ilkley (Relocating to LS18 in the Summer) Salary: £30,000 per annum Contract: Permanent | Monday to Friday | 40 hours | Office Based 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Free Parking | Company Benefits Are you the kind of office manager or Senior Administrator who just gets things done ? Great at keeping everything ticking behind the scenes? Love a bit of variety in your day? A well-established building services company is on the lookout for a brilliant Office Manager to run the show at their busy HQ. The role is currently based in Ilkley, but they're relocating to LS18 later this summer - so easy access to both is ideal. This isn't your average office job. One day you'll be sorting PPE orders and liaising with suppliers, the next you're supporting HR processes, managing vehicle MOTs, and keeping training records up to date. You'll be the go-to person who keeps everything organised and moving - the glue that holds the team together. What you'll be doing: Keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly Supporting admin staff and directors with HR coordination Managing suppliers, fleet logistics, PPE/workwear and IT coordination Organising meetings, accommodation, bookings and events Taking the lead on budgets, expenses and those ever-satisfying to-do lists What we're looking for: Solid office management experience  Someone who lives by their to-do list  A proactive, sleeves-rolled-up approach  A natural organiser with strong communication skills  Someone who thrives in a close-knit, straight-talking team If you want to be a key part of a business where your work makes a difference, this could be the perfect role for you.
