Office Manager - Social Housing | Repairs, Compliance & Planned Works | £65K + Benefits | Central London
We're looking for a strong, capable Office Manager to lead admin and property services operations across our clients Repairs, Compliance, and Planned Works teams.
You'll be the operational anchor, overseeing day-to-day work flows, leading a small team, ensuring legal and compliance documents are delivered on time, and keeping things moving when the pressure is on.
This role demands a calm head, sharp organisation, and the ability to handle conflict and complex stakeholder relationships without losing focus.
What we're looking for:
HNC/Degree or equivalent experience
Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Confident managing correspondence, complaints & legal documents
Solid understanding of social housing operations
A proactive, people-first approach with strong conflict management skills
