Full-Time | £38,000 - £41,800 + Performance Bonus | Monday-Friday | Company Car Provided Are you an organised, proactive leader with a passion for people, operations, and making things run like clockwork? Line manage technicians, lead daily briefings and weekly/monthly 1:1s Oversee recruitment, on boarding, training, holidays, sickness, and rota planning Ensure compliance with PPE, stock, job reporting, and vehicle checks Monitor performance and support well-being across the team Attend sites and uphold quality and operational standards Maintain clean and efficient facilities Conduct stock checks, van inspections, and equipment tracking Manage orders, subscriptions, accreditation's, and admin paperwork Support vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and document updates Ensure certification compliance (e.g., ISO9001, CHAS) What You'll Need : Strong HR and team management background Excellent communication and leadership skills High attention to detail and organisational excellence Confidence using Excel, SharePoint & Microsoft packages Hands-on and solutions-focused mindset Able to hold people accountable and lead by example Valid UK Driving Licence (required) 🎁 Perks & Benefits £38,000 - £41,800 salary + performance bonus Company car access for site visits 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Pension contributions Free tea/coffee & on-site parking Early Friday finish at 3PM Growth potential-consistent performance could lead to director-level Supportive team environment with regular socials & development opportunities Please apply here or call (phone number removed) for more information.
