Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead key functions including Facilities, IT, data compliance, health & safety. You will manage staff, liaise with external providers, and ensure services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. To be considered you must have experience in a similar role and be available immediately! Duties: Oversee reception and office; manage contractors, cleaning, compliance checks, and insurance Oversee IT services, hardware/software procurement, and system improvements. Ensure GDPR compliance, manage reporting, and maintain data accuracy. Lead compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations; manage policies, procedures, and risk assessments. Line management for some team membersRequirements: Experience managing outsourced IT services Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and database management Understanding of health & safety compliance Strong leadership, organisational, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelWhy Join Us?
