Office Manager Permanent, Full-Time, 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday Cannock Up to £40,000 DOE   Are you a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives on keeping everything running smoothly?   Our client is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to be at the heart of their busy office, supporting directors, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence every day. This is more than just an administrative role – you’ll be managing office operations, coordinating staff, maintaining compliance, and keeping the team on track, all while liaising with customers and suppliers.   Key Responsibilities: Leading and coordinating day-to-day office operations and the team Maintaining HR records and keeping staff procedures up to date Ensuring health & safety compliance Organising staff training  Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and taking minutes Liaising with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly  Skills & Experience: Proven experience in office management and team leadership Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills Confident using MS Office; Sage experience advantageous Knowledge of HR procedures and health & safety compliance
