The Role - Office Manager
As Office Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, facilities, and HR support. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything in the office runs like clockwork, while also mentoring the admin team and supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee suppliers, budgets, scheduling, and visitor experience.
Facilities: Manage contractors, building services, and promote sustainability.
Health & Safety: Lead compliance, fire drills, first aid, and risk assessments.
Team Leadership: Mentor the admin team and foster a collaborative culture.
HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, records, and staff queries.About You
We're looking for an Office Manager who is:
A strong organiser with excellent time management.
Experienced in facilities management and health & safety compliance.
Skilled at leading admin teams and building relationships across the business.
Familiar with HR processes (or happy to step in when needed).
Confident handling ISO principles, audits, and compliance.
