Job Summary for Office & Purchasing Coordinator Our client is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing, and pride themselves on excellent customer service and product quality. We are seeking a motivated, trustworthy, and enthusiastic Office & Purchasing Coordinator to join the team. Responsibilities for Office & Purchasing Coordinator * Managing supplier relationships and acting as a key point of contact. * Placing and tracking orders with suppliers to ensure stock availability. * Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand. * Managing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. * Supporting general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and handling enquiries. * Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth supply chain processes. * Assisting with logistics coordination and problem-solving when issues arise. * Helping to develop and improve purchasing and office procedures. Skills and Experience required for Office & Purchasing Coordinator * Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy. * Strong organisational and administrative skills. * Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data entry. * Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and colleagues. * Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Willing to learn and grow with the business. * Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or office coordination is desirable but not essential.
