The Role - What You'll Be Doing: As the Office Manager, you'll take ownership of the office's daily operations, working closely with department heads and acting as the central point of contact for staff, suppliers, and visitors. Key responsibilities include: * Managing day-to-day office operations and acting as a key point of contact for staff * Ensuring smooth running of administrative processes and office procedures * Overseeing facilities, maintenance, and supplier relationships * Managing meeting rooms, office supplies, and general work space organisation * Supporting the HR function with on boarding and health & safety compliance * Coordinating internal communications and supporting leadership. What You'll Need: We're looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You'll need to be approachable, dependable, and able to lead by example in a busy environment. Key skills and experience: * Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar operational/administrative role * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Confident managing suppliers, systems, and internal teams * Familiarity with basic HR or facilities processes (preferred but not essential) * Competent using Microsoft Office and other common office systems * A calm and professional approach to solving problems What's In It for You?
