Ofsted Deputy Manager
Location - North London
Salary - £37,000 - £40,000 per year (depending on exp)
Sleep ins between £60 - £70
This is a Brand new 1 bed home to set up.
Purpose for this role:
* The role is contracted to 40 hours per week, An exciting opportunity has arisen within our residential care homes
* as a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
* You are to lead, motivate and manage staff and home resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards.
* You will also be responsible for managing the budget and ensuring the business remains viable, and to meet and exceed the key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
What you will need to succeed
* At least two years supervisor experience within a children’s home.
* Diploma Level 5 in Residential Childcare, or commitment to work towards.
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager is desirable.
* Good knowledge of Ofsted.
* Good knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
* Strong, energetic leader.
* Computer literate.
* Organised and be able to multitask
* At least two years’ experience relevant to residential care within the last five years.
* At least one year of experience supervising and managing professional staff.
