OFSTED Responsible Individual
Location: West Yorkshire & Greater Manchester
Salary: £75,000
We’re looking for a highly experienced Responsible Individual to oversee two Ofsted registered children's homes, located in West Yorkshire & Greater Manager.
The RI will successfully lead on Quality and Compliance for two, three-bed homes for children and young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a full-time role with a competitive salary circa £75,000, ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Ofsted, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, turnaround projects and delivering safe and effective care to children and young people.
OFSTED Responsible Individual Overview:
The post holder will oversee two EBD children’s homes;
Strong understanding of Ofsted, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, turnaround projects and delivering safe and effective care to children and young people;
Lead teams with empathy, purpose, and professionalism, providing guidance and effective communication.OFSTED Responsible Individual – Skills and Experience Required:
An experienced Responsible Individual with a strong background in Health & Social Care;
Extensive expertise in Quality and Governance, able to demonstrate ability in line with OFSTED requirements;
Experience leading on turnaround projects;
Wants to strive on making residential homes and organisations better for children and young people;
Able to lead with integrity, emotional intelligence, and confidence.Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
