Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of consultants, driving performance and engagement
Build and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities and staying ahead of competitors
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence
Deliver strategic workforce programmes including Mypath and Academies
Present insights and data to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions
Ensure a positive experience for our associates, aligned with our Associate Charter
Collaborate across departments to share best practices and drive innovationWhat You'll Bring
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
High learnability and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
Experience in recruitment, HR, or workforce solutions
Knowledge of business improvement methods and project management (desirable)
