On-Site Recruitment Contract Manager – Large Distribution Warehouse
Hours of work: 40 hours per week minimum, ranging between (Apply online only) in accordance with client demand
Rate of pay: £17.00 per hour

Are you an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to manage high-volume staffing contracts in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a proactive On-Site Recruitment Contract Manager to oversee recruitment operations at our busy distribution centre in Atherstone.
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the primary on-site contact for recruitment, workforce management, and client liaison.
Liaison into the warehouse operations managers, ensuring daily fulfilment quotas are met
Managing temporary labour planning, ensuring the right number of staff are in place to meet operational demands.
Building strong relationships with warehouse management teams to understand workforce requirements.
Leading candidate attraction, on-boarding, and retention strategies.
Ensuring compliance with all employment and agency worker regulations.
Producing reports on staffing levels, performance, and costs for both client and agency stakeholders.
Coaching and developing a small on-site recruitment team, working against strict KPIs
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in on-site recruitment management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A people-first approach with the confidence to manage teams and influence at all levels.
Ability to learn and adapt to new CRMs, recruitment trackers, and shift allocation software
Flexibility to adapt to operational demands in a 24/7 environment.
